These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, published and operated by Shyam Precast ("Shyam Precast", "we", "us" or "our"), a precast concrete manufacturer based in Kujad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry through it, or otherwise engaging with its content, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of this website.
1. About Shyam Precast
Shyam Precast manufactures and supplies factory-made precast concrete products — including boundary and compound walls, precast rooms, security cabins and godown structures — to customers across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Sanand, Dholera, Dholka, Mehsana, Nadiad, Vadodara, Botad, Anand and surrounding areas in Gujarat, and provides supply and, where confirmed, installation services in respect of the same.

You may access and browse this website for the sole purpose of learning about our products, capability and process, and to submit a genuine enquiry. 4. Product Information, Specifications & Imagery
Product descriptions, dimensions, panel and column specifications, material grades and available options published on this website are provided for general guidance and reflect our standard manufacturing specification at the time of publication. Such information is indicative in nature; the precise specification applicable to your requirement is confirmed directly with you prior to manufacturing. Product and project photographs are intended to be a genuine and accurate representation of our work; minor variations in finish, colour or texture may nonetheless occur between individual production batches and are not indicative of a defect. We reserve the right to revise product specifications, available options and the product range itself at our discretion and without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed.
5. Enquiries and Quotations
This website does not display or process fixed pricing for any product. Any price, rate or estimate communicated to you — whether over WhatsApp, by telephone, by email, or in response to a Quick Quote submission — constitutes an indicative, non-binding estimate only, and does not amount to a legal offer capable of acceptance. A binding commercial arrangement between you and Shyam Precast comes into existence only upon separate, explicit mutual confirmation of scope, specification, pricing, delivery and payment terms, whether in writing or otherwise expressly agreed by both parties.
6. Orders, Payment and This Website
This website is an informational and lead-generation platform; it does not facilitate, process or collect any online payment, and no transaction of any kind is concluded through it. All orders, payments and related commercial terms are handled directly and separately between Shyam Precastand the customer, through the channels each order is confirmed on.
7. Supply, Installation and Timelines
Supply and, where applicable, installation services are available within our confirmed service area and remain subject to site accessibility, prevailing conditions and mutual agreement at the time of order. Any timeline, lead time or delivery estimate communicated to you is an estimate only and may be affected by factors reasonably beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, transport disruption, statutory holidays, site-access constraints, or events of force majeure. We shall not be held liable for delay arising from any such cause.
8. Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.
